Gundija Zandersona
Executive Director
Gundija Zandersona is a Latvian performer, choreographer and an educator based in Wales, Cardiff.
As an executive director of Kokoro Arts Ltd and an independent dance artist she works across a variety of genres including work for families and young audiences, spoken text and movement, physical theatre and contemporary dance.
Trained in Latvia, Denmark and the UK, she has been working internationally for the last 6 years creating and reviewing performance works.
Her artistic practice has been supported by Arts Council of Wales, Volcano Theatre, National Dance Company of Wales, University of South Wales and others.
Kari Morgan
Engagement Director
Kari Morgan has been active in the youth sector for the last five years and has both statutory and voluntary experience. Kari primarily works on international projects and has experience delivering both Erasmus+ and Taith with organisations based in more than 10 countries worldwide. She also delivers grassroots youth opportunities in the Garw Valley (Bridgend).
Kari is currently working towards her MA in Youth and Community work.
Mari Northall
Creative Director
Mari specialises in Documentary Filmmaking and Script Writing as well as Creative Youth Work.
She has experience of Videography with AC Bloedd, Community filmmaking with local artists working with the National Trust, as well as documenting a range of workshops with artists and performers in Latvia, Wales and Cyprus.
She is also a community engagement officer and production assistant at It’s My Shout Productions.

Nia Morris
Nia is a freelance theatre director, facilitator and stage manager from Cardiff. Nia makes theatre with and for young people and often uses dance/movement and design as her inspiration.
Associate Creative Practitioners/Consultants
Multi-disciplinary artist based in Wales.
Her practice involves connection of body and art through Body Art Therapies project, and variety of movement practices including dance, mime, physical theatre and theatre in public space. Her multi-disciplinary work is explored with other artists but also young people and vulnerable clients.
Matthew Gough
Dance artist, dramaturg and senior lecturer at University of South Wales. Their practice spans: improvisation, contemporary dance, screen dance, film work, physical theatre, art in public spaces and theatre for young audiences.
